(A) Property owners in favor of the project shall sign and submit a petition to the Town Council consenting to annexation and requesting improvements be designed and constructed. The petition form is available from the town. A minimum of 60% of the property owners in the project area must sign the petition prior to submittal to the Town Council.
(B) The consent to annexation form shall be available from the town.
(C) A property owners’ guideline to Barrett Law sewers has been developed.
