(A) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, corporation, association, or organization to engage in business as a hawker, peddler, or solicitor, as defined in § 110.01, without first having obtained a license to do so under the provisions of this chapter.
(B) The licensing provisions of this chapter shall not apply to sales to dealers from commercial travelers nor the sales of farm and dairy products produced in the county.
(C) The licensing provision of this chapter shall not apply to not for profit organizations or local service organizations.
