(A) The property owner shall connect to the sanitary sewer and abandon his or her septic system within 90 days after the Town Council issues a connection notice.
(B) The town shall waive the connection fee and availability fee if the property owner connects to the sewer within the 90-day period.
(C) The town shall waive the street and park impact fees upon annexation of the project area into the town.
(D) The property owner has the following payment options:
(1) Payment of the entire assessment at the completion of construction; or
(2) Payment of the assessment over a ten-year period, including interest as determined by the Town Council.
(E) The Clerk-Treasurer shall send invoices to collect the principal and interest due from each property owner on a monthly basis.
