(A) The design of stormwater storage facilities shall be based on the peak runoff from the 100-year storm event determined through a critical duration analysis. Detention storage shall be computed using hydrograph methods as described in this chapter.
(B) The function of existing on-site depressional storage shall be preserved or compensated for at a ratio of 1.1:1, cut to fill.
