The stormwater management system should incorporate multiple uses where practicable. Uses considered compatible with stormwater management include open space, aesthetics, aquatic habitat, recreation (boating, trails, playing fields) and natural area enhancement. The applicant should avoid using portions of the property exclusively for stormwater management wherever practicable.
