§ 151.032 STORMWATER MANAGEMENT PLAN.

The development must have a stormwater management plan that meets the requirements of Part IV (D)(2)(b) of IEPA General Permit No. ILR10 for Storm Water Discharges from Construction Site Activities, including BMPs, controls and other provisions at least as protective as the requirements contained in the Illinois Urban Manual, current edition.
