§ 151.001 AUTHORITY.
   This chapter is enacted pursuant to the powers granted to the Village of Kirkland, Illinois (Kirkland), by the Illinois Compiled Statutes and Illinois Drainage Law, being 70 ILCS 605/1-1 et seq.
