§ 130.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person convicted of a violation of the foregoing offenses, where no other penalty is provided, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $750 for any single offense.

   (B)   Any person violating § 130.05 shall be fined not less than $50, nor more than $750 for each offense.
   (C)   Any person violating § 130.18 shall be fined not less than $100 nor more than $750 for each offense.

   (D)   Any person violating § 130.61 shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense.

   (E)   Any person who violates § 130.21 shall be fined not less than $150 nor more than $750 for each violation.
   (F)   Penalties relating to truancy.
      (1)   Any person found to be in violation of § 130.23(A) or (B) shall be sentenced to do not less than ten community service hours for a first offense, not less than 25 community service hours for a second offense nor more than 50 community service hours for each offense thereafter and may be fined not less than $25 nor more than $100 for each offense plus costs. No minor under the age of 13 shall be fined or required to perform community service for a violation of this section but the minor’s parent or custodian shall be responsible for the payment of a fine or performance of community service.
      (2)   Any person found to be in violation of § 130.23(D) or (E) may be fined not less than $25 nor more than $750 for each offense plus costs.
      (3)   In addition to or in lieu of the penalties as provided, any person found to be in violation of § 130.23 may be required to attend and participate in counseling and or other such remedial measures designed to or intended to restore the minor to compliance with the provisions of this code.
