§ 130.05 TRESPASS ON A VETERAN’S MEMORIAL.

(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to sit, stand or lie upon a memorial established for the purpose of honoring the veterans of any war or conflict.

(B) It shall be unlawful for any person to rollerskate, skateboard, or ride a bicycle or scooter, either motorized or not, upon, in or through a memorial established for the purpose of honoring the veterans of any war or conflict.
