§ 130.47 HUNTING OR TRAPPING ANIMALS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to engage in killing any animal other than as prescribed by law in the village.
   (B)   It shall be unlawful to use any type of device within the corporate limits of the village for the purpose of trapping animals. This prohibition shall not apply to traps used by employees and agents of the DeKalb County Health Department, DeKalb County Animal Control, or a licensed nuisance wildlife removal service.
