(A) The following street intersections or junctions in the village are hereby designated as yield right-of-way intersections and junctions, and traffic entering the same shall be controlled as hereinafter set forth:

(B) There shall be erected at the intersections or junctions of the streets set forth in this section “Yield Right-of-Way” signs in such manner and places as to give effect and notice relative to the provisions of this section.
