(A) Any person violating any of the provisions of this title, unless otherwise indicated, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each violation.

(B) Upon a finding of guilty of any provision of § 70.01 as adopted by reference, all fines and penalties shall be as provided in the Illinois Vehicle Code (625 ILCS 5/5-1-100 et seq.) Upon a finding of guilty for traffic offenses for which a fine or penalty is not provided in the Illinois Vehicle Code (minor traffic offenses) all fines shall be not less than $35 nor more than $1,000.
(C) Any person violating any of the provisions of Chapter 73, unless otherwise designated, shall be fined not less than $50 nor more than $500 for each offense.
