§ 151.01 DEFINITION OF WORDS AND PHRASES.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AUTOMOBILE TRAILER or MOBILE HOME or TRAILER. Any vehicle or structure constructed so as to permit its being used as a conveyance on a public street and so as to permit the occupancy thereof as a dwelling by one or more persons.
   PERSON. Includes persons, partnership, firm, company, corporation, tenant, owner, lessee or licensee, their agents, heirs or assigns.
   TRAILER CAMP or TRAILER PARK. Includes an area of land designed, maintained or intended for the purpose of supplying a location or accommodations for any automobile trailer, mobile home or trailer, and upon which two or more such automobile trailers, mobile homes or trailers are parked, and shall also include all buildings used or intended for use as part of the equipment thereof, whether a charge is made for the use of the trailer camp or trailer park and its facilities or not. This definition shall not include automobile or trailer sales lots on which unoccupied trailers are parked for purposes of inspection and sale.
   UNIT. A section of ground in a trailer camp or trailer park of not less than 3,000 square feet of unoccupied space, minimum width 30 feet by 100 feet, in an area designated as the location for only one automobile and one trailer.
