Every such trailer camp or trailer park shall have erected thereon a suitable building for housing toilets, showers and laundry facilities, such building to be known as the service building. There shall be provided for each sex at least one toilet for each eight units. Toilet rooms shall contain lavatories, with hot and cold water, in the ratio of one lavatory to each two toilets. Separate bathing facilities for each sex shall be provided, with one shower for each eight units, which shower compartment shall be supplemented by an individual dressing compartment of at least 12 square feet. Such facilities shall be constructed so as to maintain the same in a reasonably clean sanitary condition. The requirements set forth under this section shall not be required if the trailers or mobile homes are equipped with such facilities.
