§ 151.07 PLAN OF TRAILER CAMP OR TRAILER PARK.
   (A)   Every trailer camp or trailer park shall be located on a well-drained area, and the premises properly graded so as to prevent the accumulation of stormwater or other waters.
   (B)   Units shall be clearly arranged so as to face or abut on a driveway of not less than 16 feet in width, with easy access from all units to a public street. Such driveway shall be kept in good travelable condition and preferable paved, having natural drainage into a city street catch basin, be well lighted at night, and not obstructed.
   (C)   Each unit shall be furnished with an electric service outlet and shall have water furnished through a pipe distribution system connected directly with the city water system.
   (D)   Mobile home stands shall be so constructed as to prevent heaving, shifting or uneven settling under the weight of the mobile home due to frost action, drainage, vibration or forces acting on the superstructure of the mobile home. Anchors should be provided at least at each corner of the mobile home and should be able to withstand a tension force of at least 4,800 pounds. All mobile homes are to be underskirted within 60 days after installation.
