§ 151.05 LICENSE.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to establish, operate or maintain, or permit to be established, operated or maintained, upon any property owned or controlled by him or her, a trailer camp or trailer park, without having first secured a license therefor from the Trailer Commission, granted and existing in compliance with the terms of this chapter. Such license shall expire one year from the date of issuance, but may be renewed under the provisions of this chapter for additional periods of one year.
   (B)   The application for such license or renewal shall be filed with the Chairperson of the Trailer Commission and shall be accompanied by a fee of $100 for one to ten trailers, $200 for ten to 20 trailers and an increase of $100 for each additional ten trailers for which accommodations exist. If the number is increased, this shall be reported to the Chairperson of Trailer Commission and the additional fee, if any, occasioned by such increase, shall be paid before the additional spaces are put to use. When a license is applied for or accommodations are increased during the license year, including the month said license is applied for, the application shall be accompanied by a plan or map showing the area to be used; roadways and driveways; location of sanitary conveniences, including toilets, washrooms, laundries and utility rooms to be used by occupants of the trailers; plan for water supply; and plan for electrical connections.
   (C)   Before such license may be issued, a majority of the Trailer Commission shall inspect said premises and approve the same as complying with all of the provisions of this chapter and all other applicable ordinances of the city.
