§ 150.62 RIGHT OF ENTRY.
   (A)   Whenever necessary, the Building Inspector or his or her designee may, upon proper authorization, enter such building at all reasonable times to inspect the same or perform any duties required under this subchapter; provided that:
      (1)   If such building be occupied, he or she shall first present proper credentials and request entry; and
      (2)   If such building be unoccupied, he or she shall first make a reasonable effort to locate the owner or other persons having charge or control of the building and request entry.
   (B)   If any requests for entry is refused, then the Building Inspector or his or her designee shall have recourse to every remedy provided by law to secure entry.
