(A) No nude dancing premises or adult entertainment premises may be located closer than 1,000 feet to the following places or specific areas:
(1) Any residential home, whether located in residential or business district;
(2) Any private or public school;
(3) Any church or other type building where people gather to worship;
(4) Any public gathering area known as a community center, meeting area or similar use, i.e. Community Building and Civic Center; and
(5) Any building or house which is used for the purpose of a form of day care facility.
(B) This provision shall supersede any provision of the zoning regulations of this city which is in conflict with the provisions contained herein.
