(A) It shall be unlawful for any person to violate any provision of this chapter; and whoever violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined not more than $500. A person convicted of a second or subsequent offense under this chapter, shall be fined not less than $300 and not more than $500 for each violation.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor or manager to operate or own an adult entertainment establishment or nude dancing premises at such time as any violation of this chapter or any portion of this chapter occurs. Such violation is punishable by the same provisions set forth in division (A) above.
