(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating any of the provisions of §§ 94.35 through 94.44 shall be fined not more than $100 for a first offense, and for a second or subsequent offense occurring within a 12-month period shall be fined not less than $100 or more than $500. A separate offense shall be deemed committed on each day during or on which a violation occurs or continues.
