§ 94.35 POLES AND WIRES AS OBSTRUCTIONS TO STREET.
   It shall be the duty of all telephone, telegraph, cable and electric companies, and any other person, firm or corporation to remove and reset telephone, telegraph and other poles and wires connected therewith when the same constitute an obstruction to the use of the streets by the traveling public.
