(A) (1) The discharge of non-acceptable industrial wastes, as described above, into the system, whether directly or indirectly, is hereby prohibited.
(2) A letter from the utility advising that the customer must immediately cease said discharge shall be delivered by hand delivery to the customer. The utility shall continue to monitor said discharge.
(B) The discharge of non-sanitary waste, as described in § 52.178, into the system, whether directly or indirectly, is hereby prohibited.
