§ 34.50 PURCHASING AGENT.
   The Town Manager shall be the Purchasing Agent and shall be responsible for the purchase of supplies, materials and equipment required by any municipal office, department or agent. He shall establish and enforce specifications with respect to supplies, materials and equipment required and be responsible for the inspection upon delivery thereof to determine quality, quantity and conformance with specifications or other purchasing procedures that may be established.
