Beginning with the tax year for 2010, the County of Williamsburg shall be authorized to handle all aspects of the collection of taxes for the Town of Kingstree to include determining the assessed value, mailing or notices, collection of taxes, collection of penalties, execution against defaulting taxpayers, seizure of real property, levy and sale of property pursuant to the tax sale.
