§ 34.14 PAYMENT OF NOTES.
   The power and obligation of the Council to pay notes issued by it pursuant to this subchapter shall be unlimited, and the Council may levy ad valorem taxes on all the taxable property within the corporate limits for the payment of such notes and interest thereon, without limitation of rate or amount. The full faith and credit of the municipality shall be pledged for the payment of the principal and interest on any notes issued, pursuant to this subchapter.
