§ 34.10 ANTICIPATED REVENUE.
   (A)   The Council shall identify in the budget sources of anticipated revenue, including taxes, necessary to meet the financial requirements of the budgets adopted as required by S.C. Code § 5-11-40(c).
   (B)   It shall be the duty of the Clerk to notify the appropriate county officials of any change in the tax millage rates.
