§ 34.01 FISCAL YEAR; BUDGET AND ACCOUNTING YEAR.
   (A)   The fiscal year shall begin on the first day of the month of July and shall end on the last day of the month of the following June.

   (B)   The fiscal year also shall constitute the budget and accounting year.
