§ 54.036 INDIVIDUAL WASTEWATER DISCHARGE PERMIT DECISIONS.

The Manager will evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. Within 60 days of receipt of a complete permit application, the Manager will determine whether to issue an individual wastewater discharge permit. The Manager may deny any application for an individual wastewater discharge permit.
