The object and purpose of the Beautification Commission shall be to study, investigate, plan, recommend, develop, organize, initiate and encourage the beautification and improvement of the appearance of the town and the approaches thereto by the planting of trees, shrubbery and flowers and by the utilization of such other improvements that will improve the appearance of the town and its approaches.
