The Beautification Committee shall develop an annual work plan for the management of public trees utilizing the tree inventory information and input from the Beautification Committee. The work plan shall contain the following plans and schedules:
(A) Tree planting;
(B) New tree maintenance including mulching, irrigation, and young tree training pruning;
(C) Tree pruning;
(D) Tree mulching; and
(E) Tree removal.
