The ARB shall elect a chairperson and vice chairperson from its members who shall serve for one year, until reelected, or until their successors are elected. The Board shall appoint a secretary. The Board shall adopt rules, regulations and bylaws in accordance with the provisions of this subchapter and with the Codes of Law of South Carolina, 1976. The ARB will hold regularly scheduled monthly meetings if submittals have been made and are ready for review. The ARB shall meet quarterly, at a minimum, regardless of the status of submittals. The ARB may also, at their discretion, call special meetings, to accommodate the schedules of projects under their review. All meetings of the Board shall be open to the public. The ARB shall keep minutes of its proceedings and shall keep records of its examinations and other official actions, all of which will be immediately filed in the office of the Board for public record.
