The provisions of this chapter shall not abrogate the powers of any other department of the town or repeal any criminal ordinance but shall be in addition to and is supplemental to any other provision of this code and any other ordinances of the town and/or state. The procedures enumerated in this chapter shall be the procedures followed in dealing with the structures and/or property, the provisions of any previously adopted standard structure code notwithstanding.
