§ 92.16 ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS.
   (A)   Appeals from the decision of the Code Enforcement Officer shall be to the Zoning Board of Appeals.
   (B)   The Zoning Board of Appeals shall have all of the powers granted to the Code Enforcement Officer herein and may carry out its orders through its own actions or those of the Code Enforcement Officer or other officers and agents as it may designate.
