(A) Any member of any board, commission, committee of the town, who is absent from three meetings in succession or four meetings in any 12-month period may be considered to have relinquished his or her appointment unless such absence is for good cause. Such member shall contact either the appropriate chair or the Office of the Town Manager to inform them of the absence and reasons thereof.
(B) For the purpose of this resolution, a meeting shall be considered regular or special.
(C) Upon notification by the Town Manager of the circumstances outlined above, the Town Council may elect to appointment another individual to fill the unexpired term.
