§ 91.44 SEIZURE AND DESTRUCTION OF PROHIBITED FIREWORKS.
   Any duly authorized law officer, while within the town limits, shall have the power to seize and take in possession any fireworks which are prohibited by any provision of this subchapter. Any such seizure must be promptly released to the police department within the town.
