If a licensee violates any provision of this subchapter, all licenses of such licensee shall be deemed forfeited and revoked, without refund of any license fee. If the licensee has more than one outlet or establishment at which lawful fireworks may have been authorized, a violation of any provision of this subchapter at any one outlet or establishment shall automatically terminate the license as to all outlets or establishments which may have been licensed to that licensee.
