§ 33.01 POLICY ON MULTIPLE APPOINTMENTS.
   (A)   No citizen appointed by the Town Council or the Town Manager may simultaneously serve on more than one board, commission, or committee which is established by federal or state law or by ordinance of the town, except when the Council creates a specific board, commission, or committee to be made up of members who are appointed because of their membership on another board, commission, or committee.
   (B)   Any citizen so appointed as set forth in division (A) may serve on more than one board, commission, committee, or the like provided that not more than one falls under division (A).
   (C)   Any citizen serving on the date of this section on more than one board, commission, committee so constituted as outlined in division (A) may retain both appointments until such time as the earliest term expires at which time he/she shall not be reappointed to that board, commission, or committee until such time as the conditions in division (A) are met.
