§ 91.39 PERMISSIBLE FIREWORKS.
   Permissible fireworks are those not prohibited under S.C. Code § 23-35-130(A) and are designated as Interstate Commerce Commission "Class C Common Fireworks." In the event that other permitted items subsequently be outlawed by state law, they shall also be eliminated from the permitted category contained in this subchapter.
