§ 32.22 ARREST AND BAIL.
   Any person charged with violation of a town ordinance may be forthwith arrested and held in custody pending release on bail or pursuant to trial. Bail shall be promptly set by the Municipal Judge, or pursuant to standards issued by him; provided, however, that a person charged with an offense involving intoxication shall be held in custody for a minimum of six hours. Upon the arrest of a person, all personal property found upon him, other than necessary clothing, shall be seized, inventoried and safekept pending his release from custody.
