§ 32.20 CHIEF AND POLICE OFFICERS.
   (A)   The police force shall consist of a Chief and as many subordinate officers and patrolmen as may be deemed necessary by the Mayor and Council.

   (B)   The Chief of Police and all members of the Department shall be duly appointed by and hold office at the pleasure of the Town Manager. Authority shall conform with state statutes.

   (C)   The compensation of all members of the Department shall be fixed by the Mayor and Council.
