§ 32.03 MEMBERS.
   (A)   The authority to provide for the employment of fire fighters and to prescribe their duties and responsibilities shall be as vested by the Council in the Fire Chief.

   (B)   All members of the Department shall be subject for call to duty at any time, day or night, when needed to extinguish fires or for any other emergency that may arise.
