§ 30.44 FORM OF ORDINANCE; ENACTING CLAUSE.
   (A)   Every proposed ordinance shall be numbered and shall be introduced in writing and in the form required for final adoption which shall include:
      (1)   A title briefly describing the contents;
      (2)   Findings, reasons or basis for the ordinance, if desired and when appropriate;
      (3)   An enacting clause;
      (4)   A repealing provision, when appropriate;
      (5)   The provisions of the ordinance including section numbers, when appropriate;
      (6)   The effective date of the ordinance and dates of first and second readings and approval of Town Attorney as to form, when asked.

   (B)   The enacting clause of all ordinances shall be, in substance, as follows: "Be it ordained by the Council of The Town of Kingstree, South Carolina:"
