All mobile homes, manufactured housing, house cars, coaches, trailers or similar structures, hereinafter called units, for human habitation shall be subject to the same regulations as now govern other lots and residences under what is known as the zoning ordinance of the town. Definitions, restrictions and provisions of the zoning ordinance shall be applicable to such units insofar as the same may be applied thereto. For the purpose of classification all such units are hereby declared to be residences and zoned as such.
