§ 135.09 PUBLIC DRUNKENNESS.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to create a nuisance upon the public streets or in any public place in a drunken condition.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to drink any kind of intoxicating alcoholic beverages on the streets, alleyways, highways or other such public places.
