§ 134.01 RESISTING OR INTERFERING WITH OFFICERS OR EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   It shall be unlawful for any person to resist or interfere with any member of the Police Department, Fire Department or any other officer or employee in the discharge of his official duties.

   (B)   Any person or persons who shall resist, obstruct any officer in the discharge of his duty or who shall aid or abet any person or persons in resisting or obstructing any officer in the discharge of his duty, shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, subject to the limitations prescribed by S.C. Code §§ 14-25-65 and 16-5-50.
