(A) Whoever violates any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is otherwise provided shall be subject to the penalties contained in § 10.99.
(B) The violation of § 133.02(B) shall be deemed a misdemeanor and the violator shall be subject to a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $200.

(C) Any minor violating the provisions of § 133.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor as defined in the South Carolina Codes of Laws. A parent or guardian of a minor violating § 133.03 shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, which shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $50; second offense $50; third offense $100; fourth offense $150 and/or ten days incarceration for any violation above the fourth offense.
