§ 131.22 ALTERING OR REMOVING LANDMARKS, TREES AND THE LIKE.
   (A)   Any person who shall knowingly, willfully, maliciously or fraudulently cut, fell, alter or remove any boundary tree or other landmark, lamp post, lamp, or street signs shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
   (B)   Any person who knowingly, willfully, maliciously or fraudulently possesses a town street sign shall be guilty of a misdemeanor and the penalty shall be set as follows: $500 for first offense; $1,000 for second offense.
