§ 131.05 SECURING PROPERTY BY FRAUDULENT IMPERSONATION OF OFFICER.
   Whoever, with intent to defraud any government, firm, or person, shall take upon himself to act as an officer or shall in such pretension or pretended character demand, obtain or receive from any government, firm or person any money, paper, document or other valuable thing of a less value than $200, shall be guilty of a misdemeanor.
