§ 30.27 APPEARANCE OF CITIZENS; UNLAWFUL TO INTERRUPT MEETINGS.
   (A)   Any citizen of the town shall be entitled to be placed on the agenda of any regular meeting to discuss any municipal matter, with the exception of personnel matters. Persons desiring to be placed on the agenda shall notify the Clerk in writing, stating the item he wishes to discuss, by 5:00 p.m. the Thursday prior to the meeting.

   (B)   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons to interrupt the proceedings of Council, the Court or any other official body while in session.
