It shall be a violation of this chapter to:
(A) Fail to collect the local hospitality fee in connection with the sale of any prepared food or beverages;
(B) Fail to remit to the town the local hospitality fee collected pursuant to this chapter on a monthly basis or as required.
(C) Knowingly provide false information on the form of return submitted to the city.
(D) Fail to provide or make available books and records to the Finance Department for the purpose of an audit upon 24 hours written notice.
